Well, seems like a boring topic? But it's not! What do you know about hunger? Basically it means to get very hungry and want food right? What if you don't have food. Will you die? Um...not really but more than three weeks, then yes! A human can go more than three weeks without food. But don't try it, it will make you very week. A baby can survive for six days without food and water. Well, how about a video? You might be bored of reading and reading overtime. I have also included 5 facts about hunger in my video. Better watch it!

Canva is one of many applications that we use in school.

Canva is an app and a website where you can design your own poster or anything you want.

How does it benefit us? Well, you can design your own poster when you're in need of a poster or you can learn designing and decorating.

Why do we use it in school? We use it to create a poster for school events as well as our class projects like our hobbies or bullying issues. 

You can also make slideshows in canva. I made slideshows of my classmates and parents for my blog posts.

Canva is not fully free. You can create an account or just log in with your google account or with Facebook. And if you want you can upgrade it because for some icons and pictures, they are not free, you have to buy them. 

You can download Canva in IOS or android. You can also download it in iPhone, iPad, Tablet, and smart phones.  

You can share it with anyone. How? Well, make your work then click the public button above to make it public and you can share it with people. Click the share button on top. Type the email address of the person you want to share it with. You can also use link and embed. You can also download your work in your computer.

Lets be the teachers and teach  our parents, grandparents or anyone older than you. What do you want to teach your older generations? Probably technology right? How about something else.

What I want to teach my older generations:

Grandmother- I  want to tell my grandmother about future foot/hover board. It's very fun! And I am sure my grandmother will be impressed. She might not ride it because it needs a lot of balance and control. 

Grandfather- I want to show up an I-phone or any android phone, show him all the applications we can download. So many things to do in google. Facebook, Gmail, Twitter, etc. although he knows some of the things. I also want to show him google and youtube tricks.

I would also tell my grand parents about water parks I've been to and how it's like. 

I would also teach my grandparents online shopping, Its good for my grandparents, they can just order or shop from home. But they should also know how to do it, I will teach them that too.

My grandparent would love the massaging chair. You know in technology now a days there are a lot of different types of massaging chairs. 

Other relatives- So much technology and fun things to teach them. I would also tell them about drones and other amazing robotic toys.

     I have selected Jueun’s blog post about ‘Life in Africa’.

     We are learning about African countries and making class presentations. One of my recent class presentation was about Benin which is located in West Africa. I researched about Its geography, economics, government, culture and history. While I was researching about these areas, I came across this information about many issues Benin is currently facing. Therefore I chose to write my blog post about major issues in Benin.

     Although a small country, Benin is one of the most culturally rich countries in all of Africa with several ethnic and racial groups living together. This country is also blessed with abundance of natural resources like marble, timber, limestone, and oil deposits, still, despite all that, Benin remains one of the poorest countries in Africa facing many issues.

     According to CIA Word Fact Book almost 65% of Benin’s population is under the age of 25 and due to lack of knowledge about family planning and lesser medical facilities, the population growth rate is high which also results in high rate of maternal mortality.

     Poor health care is also one of the cause of diseases like HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis, Malaria etc.

     Drinking water and water for domestic purposes remain a major issue in Benin today. Most water bodies in Benin today are polluted and some communities across the country lack total access to clean drinking water.

     Another issue is Beninese migration to neighboring countries due to poverty, unemployment, and increased living costs.

    Poverty is also forcing Beninese families to send their children to work in wealthy households as domestic servants, mines, quarries, or neighboring countries, where they live and work under worst conditions.

     Leaving school and graduating, sounds like a sad thing but starting a new life is a great thing. Have you ever thought about​​ what you want to do in future? To make a good life you should have a job with really good salary.

     What do I want to be when I grow up? I have a lot of hobbies. But I don't know which one to choose when I grow up. Almost all the jobs are my hobbies and they are so interesting. To narrow down I would say, here are the ones I want to be when I grow up: Artist, Musician, Photographer, and actor.

     I want to become an artist because I have seen my drawings and sketches improved a lot in the recent years. I am very creative. My parents, teachers and my friends also say I am creative in arts. I love painting, drawing, sketching and coloring. I love creating from my imagination. 

     My second dream is to be a musician. Music is like everything for me. When I am sad, happy, or scared, when I listen or play music, I just start to move on the beat, start singing and dancing. I play piano and guitar perfectly. When I listen to music and I like it, I would try to play it in the piano or guitar pretending I am performing in public because that feeling makes me happy. I love singing and dancing too.  I have performed singing, dance, piano and guitar. I have tried to make music videos of my own but they don't turn out the way I want because I don't have a professional video camera.  I also hum and sing my own created music.  So maybe in future I might be a musician.

     Being photographer sounds easy right? But its not easy. I love taking pictures and I would like to learn it professionally. Every time in my family, I am the one to take pictures and every body says I am  very good at it. So I would like to be a photographer when I grow up.

     An actor, well being an actress is fun. Its not only about getting famous and earning a lot of money but an actress kind of suit me because I love acting. Whenever in class or Drama club in my school, there is a role play, I get excited and want to do or participate in it. Being a celebrity, I think its boring......its just working in movies and getting famous. But movies sometimes can be boring. I like to be an actor in serials, especially funny ones. 

     What else I want to be, a fashion designer, a doctor and a vet.

     I also want to be a professor or some expert in an office, because my mom wants me to be. She has dreamed me in the office with big tours and meetings. I can do that too.

     But sadly, its hard to choose one from many choices above. Please advise me in the comment section below.

Kids playing Tag

     Hi Everyone! Do you like recesses? What game do you often play with your friends during recess? You can answer me in the reply section below. Well, I love recess! This is the time you can play and eat. My friends and I usually play tag. Do you know how to play tag? It is very fun and you can exercise because you run. Tag is the same as catch and catch. I will show you how it's done.

     How to play?

1. Decide who is the "it". (The "it" is the person who catches everybody)
2. Choose the playing area. You don't want the players just to run here and there but it's optional.
3. The "it" counts till ten. Every body chooses a place.
4. After counting, the "it" runs and tags someone.
5. Once a person is tagged. That person is the "it". The new "it" catches others.
6. Once everybody has been caught. The person that is the "it" loses.

     Playing tag is very fun and easy. If you never knew this game, then you can go ahead and try to play tag with your friends at recess. The games related to tag are freeze tag, hide and seek tag and toilet tag.

     Hi everyone! Glee Club is a club out of many clubs in my school and I am going to talk about it. I will  also share my experiences about Glee Club. If you don't know what kind of club is this club, then I will tell you. Glee Club is a club where a group is organized to sing short choral works, especially part-songs.

     Our school Glee Club happens on every Thursday where we practice one or two songs per day. We prepare performances for AIT masters and doctoral students' graduation event. We also perform on special school occasions like 'Teacher's Day', 'Loy Krathong (a Thai festival)' etc.

     In Glee Club, we are mostly divided in groups like Sopranos, Altos and Solos. How does Glee Club help us in our studies? Well, we learn how to sing perfectly and get along with music. And those who love music and singing, love glee club. Other than that, Glee Club is a great club to join because you can relax.

     The reason I like to be a Glee Club member is because we get to perform in different places. We practice several times before the final performance day. I have participated in all of the Glee Club performances. But the ones I enjoyed the most are AIT Graduation Day performances. My favorite AIT Graduation Day performance though was, when we wore our national costumes and we had alot of free time so we played alot and also practiced a few times. I also enjoyed it very much because on stage, my friends and I were at the front.

     It's Summer Time!!!! Oh, Hello! Welcome to my blog and today I am going to tell you about my summer vacation to Phuket in Thailand. If you have been there tell me where you went in Phuket in  the reply box below.

     I went to Phuket when it was my summer holidays in 2016. I woke up at 4 in the morning because we had our night flight. We arrived at the airport and went to the check point where we showed our passports. When we were all done with our checking in, we waited for the airplane to arrive. I was hungry so I ate something. After a while the airplane arrived. We went inside and settled. The flight attendants showed the rules. We buckled up our seat belts and plane started moving. Somehow I felt scared but also very happy sitting in an airplane after a long time. I spent my time sleeping, reading books and playing games in the plane. Then finally we arrived to Phuket!

     YAY!! While in the plane, I saw Phuket's islands.......they were so beautiful! Then at Phuket's airport we got our bags and went outside. We took a taxi to our resort. The resort was a house like. The beds were bouncy, there was an AC, a balcony and a bathroom. We rested 2-3 hours and ate something. After that we went to the nearest beach. The beach was sandy, nice and clean. We spent the evening there. I swam, made a sand castle and enjoyed with my little sister. We went back to the resort and we ate dinner. I looked at Phuket's map and told my parents that the next day we will go to Jungle Splash Waterpark then the other day we will just go around Phuket. Everybody agreed and I was so happy. I brushed my teeth and slept.

     Next morning I woke up early because of the excitement I had, the excitement of going to the Waterpark. Meanwhile everybody woke up and we had our breakfast. We packed our bags and got ready. Off to the Waterpark! In the Waterpark we first changed to swimming costume. The Waterpark was huge and looked so fun! We did the huge Waterslides, we went to the kid's zone, the lazy river and many more fun things. There was also a restaurant that was sinking in the water! The seats were already under water! We ENJOYED so much. Then in the evening we got tired and hungry. We ate and relaxed. Then it was time to go back to the resort. That day was very fun. We all slept very well because we were extremely tired.

     The next day was the day of exploring Phuket. We took a car and went around. First we went to the Big Buddha in Phuket. It was a huge statue of the Buddha. We stayed there for a while then went somewhere else in the car. On the way I saw a bird park. I requested my parents to stop there. And we did. It was a bird park with different species of birds. There was also a bird show. It was very amazing when the Macaw parrot knew in which box the seed was, even while looking backward. There was a time where we could hold the birds in our hands. So I held the mini parrots, my mom and dad held the big toucans and my dad also held an eagle in his hands. When the show was over, we went out. We got our pictures of us holding the birds.

     We were going back to the car when I saw a snake farm next to the bird park. There was also a snake show. I wanted to go there but my family really didn't want to go. So we went to the drive again and went back to our resort. We packed our luggage because the next day we had to leave. Then we slept. Next morning we woke up early and headed to the airport. The plane arrived and we sat in the plane. We safely landed in Bankok and we are home again!

Hello and welcome to my blog! Today I will be giving you tips on how to stay healthy.

Most people eat a lot of calories but they should eat less calories. You should always eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Cut down on saturated fat and sugar. Now some of you might be thinking this is just boring stuff. But it is not! You know how important is your health. Staying healthy can help you stay healthy emotionally too. If you're eating the right food and keeping yourself fit, your body will be strong and help you cope with stress and also fight illness.

Getting enough sleep is very important to stay healthy and waking up early is healthy too. Seven to nine hours of sleep is healthy for you. For kids and teens, they need more hours of sleep.

Adults or teens should never smoke. Smoking is a harmful thing to do. It is just not healthy, It can also lead to death.

Eating more fish is healthy because of all the proteins it contains. You should eat Oily fish like salmon, mackerel, trout, herring, fresh tuna, sardines and pilchards. Non-oily fish includes haddock, plaice, coley, cod, canned tuna, skate and hake. If you regularly eat a lot of fish, try to choose as wide a variety as possible.

For adults avoid eating things that contains a lot of fat like cake, cream, butter etc.

You should cut down eating or drinking a lot of sugary stuff like, sugary fizzy drinks.

Eat a big amount of breakfast and something healthy because breakfast is the important meal of the day. Do not skip breakfast. You can make a healthy breakfast like Berry and Yogurt Smoothie and Avocado Toast with Egg.

Whenever you are hungry make yourself a healthy snack. If you are on a diet and want to loose weight then you can just skip snacks and have a healthy drink.

You should eat less salt. Not more than 6 grams a day for adults.

DO NOT stay thirsty. Drink plenty of water. It is recommended that we should drink 6-8 glasses every day.

Go to the gym or exercise and if you are too lazy to go to the gym or exercise, you can just take walk. Walking is a way to exercise easily. Taking fresh air outside makes your body feel fresh.

​Try to follow these tips, you will be fit and healthy!
